Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Human Resources professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing core HR functions, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring that the company’s HR practices support its mission in the fast-growing field of cybersecurity. You will play a key role in recruiting top talent, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR best practices within the context of a tech-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the full cycle of recruitment and onboarding processes to attract, hire, and retain top talent, particularly technical and cybersecurity specialists.
Manage employee relations by addressing inquiries, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace environment.
Administer and ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and regulations relevant to both local and international cybersecurity practices.
Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with industry standards, while managing employee performance reviews.
Identify training and development needs and organize training programs tailored to enhance the skills and knowledge of the workforce, especially in cybersecurity.
Collaborate with management to shape company culture and drive initiatives that improve employee engagement and retention.
Support organizational development by providing HR advice to senior management and helping to align HR strategies with the company’s cybersecurity goals.
Lead employee health and safety initiatives, including remote work policies and mental health support, relevant to high-demand tech roles.
Handle HR-related compliance issues, ensuring alignment with labor laws and cybersecurity-related compliance requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in HR practice, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, or HR compliance.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and regulations (local, national, and relevant international standards).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
Experience with team-building activities and fostering a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
Nice to Have:
Experience working in the technology or cybersecurity industry.
Knowledge of industry-specific labor laws, especially related to cybersecurity, data protection, and privacy regulations affecting employees.
Familiarity with HR management systems (HRMS) and other tools for recruitment, employee engagement, and HR analytics.
Experience in managing remote teams and establishing effective remote work policies.
Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) or additional training in cybersecurity-related HR practices.
